Why Companions for Vets?
Our initiative, Companions for Vets, stems from the understanding that veterans, who have bravely defended our freedom, often face physical and emotional challenges during their transition to civilian life. Extensive research has shown that veterans who have pets experience significant improvements in overall happiness, stress management, and their ability to form meaningful relationships with others.
Additionally, when a shelter pet finds a loving home, it becomes a loyal friend to its new owner.

We work closely with each veteran, led by Scott, to ensure they find the perfect shelter pet companion. Our goal is to create a harmonious and lasting bond between veterans and their new furry friends.
